# Download People Data

In addition to API access, which provides programmatic access to the People data and all available fields, users are also able to download CSVs from within the UI. By clicking `Download` on any relevant page, a window will allow you to configure your download and display any quota-related data.

## Data Download Formats

You are able to download data in multiple formats based on your use case.

### Most Recent Jobs CSV

Intended for end-users to use immediately and directly in tools like Excel, this format provides only the key fields that are essential in working with people job data and limits the job history to the most recent 3 jobs for the person.

### Full CSV

This format includes all of the current fields we track for the person, including data for up to 20 past jobs. While this file is the most complete, the pure volume of data in this format (1,000+ columns) makes it difficult to work with in tools like Excel. It is targeted more towards users that will be programmatically reading and accessing this data.
